We collect only what you choose to send us, plus basic visit statistics. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your inquiry. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
This website is run by LIWAN, a design, development and AI search visibility studio run by Nathan from the Philippines, working with clients remotely worldwide. For any privacy question, email nathan.virtualassistance@gmail.com.
What we collect
Your name, email, business name, type of business, whether you have a website, what you need help with, your message, and your consent tick. We only receive what you type and submit.
The quick-reply buttons run in your browser and send nothing. If you type a free-text question, that text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write a reply. Please do not type sensitive personal details into the chat.
The “book a call” button opens Calendly, a separate service. What you enter there is governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy, not this one.
Like most sites, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, and what device they use. It uses cookies and similar identifiers, and it does not tell us who you are by name.
The site also stores one small, non-personal item in your browser: the playback position of the background video, so it resumes where it left off.
How we use it
- Reply to your inquiry and talk about your project.
- Send you the email confirmation after you submit the form.
- Keep a record of inquiries so we do not lose track of a conversation.
- Understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.
We contact you about your inquiry only. Ticking the consent box on the form means you agree to be contacted about that inquiry, nothing more.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of outside services to run the site. They process data on our behalf, or, in the case of Calendly and the font providers, directly with you.
Receives your form submission and routes it to our inbox and records. It is the plumbing between the form and us.
Gmail delivers the notification and your confirmation email. Google Sheets holds our inquiry log. Google Analytics measures site visits.
Processes free-text chat messages to generate replies.
Handles call booking if you choose to use it.
Fontshare and Google Fonts serve the typefaces. Your browser requests them directly, so they can see your IP address like any website host.
Some of these providers are based outside the Philippines, so your information may be processed in other countries. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to reply, work with you, and keep ordinary business records. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless we are legally required to keep something.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold. Email us and we will tell you what we have about you.
- Correct or delete it. Email us and we will fix or remove it.
- Stop contact. Tell us to stop and we will.
- Limit analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on for Analytics. The site works either way.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the Philippine Data Privacy Act or the GDPR. We will honor them. Email us and we will work through your request.
Children
This website is for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions are always welcome at nathan.virtualassistance@gmail.com.
